updated ionic bundle formatted index and app; removed all bloatware from index (app now works as expected); added view templates: Product List View, Profile Page, Product detail page with image gallery, Payment Page, Credit Card Information Page, Categories List page, Map Page (Angular) and their controlles with demo data inside (no backend data); added `www` folder to run ionic project. inside `main` folder run `ionic serve`
